If you are referring to antidepressants there are some alternatives. Herbal teas are good such as chamomile tea. There are herbs like St. John's Wort, Valerian, Passion Flower, and Kava. It is also a good idea to take a multivitamin.
Some years ago, a doctor told me to take prenatal vitamins and I still take them. They help with my energy level. I have been on antidepressants in the past but not now. I don't like taking them so I have tried these alternatives. _________________ YHWH is my God and Jesus is my Lord |
