This is my first and final post on this forum. Hopefully this is the best location to post this.
I agree w/ how you describe hypocrisy; however, I have a serious issue with calling people hypocrites simply because of disagreement with a specific view point, specifically the idea of war. To disagree with war and even to believe that agreeing with it is wrong does not bother me nor, I am sure, would it bother the majority of Christians. However, to go beyond that on a subject that is not clearly stated as sin by God in scripture and even induced by him throughout the bible, yes, even in the New Testament, is absurd and going against God’s command not to judge others. Laying judgment on people and accusing them of hypocrisy or not being saved because YOU view something as wrong is extraordinarily inconsiderate. Not only does it turn people off of you as individuals, but it also closes people up to any desire to converse with you about other topics. I feel that any opinion I state will be bashed and no agreement, yes, even the agreement to disagree, will be impossible.
Having differing opinions on some things is inevitable. On some things agreement is absolutely necessary to continue to be termed “Christian”. Viewing lying, adultery, fornication, etc. as wrong is clearly needed and even mentioned throughout scripture as wrong and sin. There is no need to even debate such topics. Nevertheless, some topics are more ambiguous and agreement or disagreement will not determine salvation nor will it influence your relationship with God, such as clothing (pants or no pants for women), long or short hair, etc. On certain issues, God leads SPECIFIC individuals to do things, but it is not for everyone. Sometimes certain individuals feel convicted about certain topics and they are the ones that must keep to where God has pushed them specifically. In such a case, to push their personal convictions on others is inappropriate and results in misunderstanding, offense, and broken relationships.
This is the category the “war debate” lies beneath. I feel that further discussion is meaningless since not only will no one change their opinion, but it has become a battle. After being called a hypocrite and not saved I really have no desire to continue. Nevertheless, I felt the need to explain why, so my refusal to continue would not be assumed (as it already has) to be the result of not wanting to be proven wrong or open to another point of view. On the contrary, I feel that disagreement with war is fine and there are legitimate and scriptural reasons for such feelings. My issue lies with the critical judgment of the individuals that agree with war (which also has scriptural support) and with the constant push at debate rather than discussion because of this critical attitude. Perhaps your goal is not debate, but your judgments make it feel as such.
Thank you for your time in reading this. Good Bye.
Your opinions are all I have questioned and and answered in my threads how unbilbical they are.
I will make simple how unbiblical your mindset is. Jesus comands us to expose the evil deeds of darkness(Eph 5:11). According to your judgment Jesus is contradicting Himself.
Who is wrong Jesus or you? The answer is obvious. You are picking and choosing Jesus' commandments and using the Scriptures out of context, misusing and abusing the Scripture for your own satisfaction.
I pray that you serve Jesus instead of just enjoying being "christian".

where in the New Testament does Jesus or the original apostles kill or join war? when Peter cut off an ear Jesus stopped him and healed the ear. there is a verse Jesus says take up a sword, but I think that was not meant to be literal, just like He tells them to watch out for the "yeast" of the Pharisees, which was not literal, it meant their hypocrisy
