trusting in Him rather than the heavy expectations we may put on ourselves or try to accomplish for others without God?

but at the same time that doesn't mean life is always easy, He even sweated blood when He had to obey God. I believe the yoke could be His help/Spirit (you can add your thoughts too, this is not a thorough analysis)

Thank you Jina,

I think your understanding is on the target. If you let me say my own term He is saying that if we trust Him our life is so much easier. He helps us to do will of our Father, YHWH.
