My goodness Ken.
I don't belong to JW becaseu they don't have relationship with God and Jesus individually. Their GB decides what to do. Everyone has to follow their leaders. They have to be baptized to their organization to belong to them. They put Paul on the pedestal like most churches. I know you do too. I don't. I believe Jesus' taught us what to do to belong to God's house hold.
I don't hate my husband. He does not appreciate Jesus' teachings and just about everything he does is so worldly. Jesus says His followers are not of the world, meaning we should not behave like the rest of the world. I feel hypocrite by living with him when he does not care at all about Jesus' teachings. I will be hypocrite if I pretend it does not bother me. Did I tell you he claims to be a Christian?. He does not believe following Jesus is duty for His followers.
My husband's best friend is alcoholic and he serves him alcohol every time when he comes to his house which is weekly, at least. The other day, he cussed when I was doing yard work. I told them I don't appreciate filthy language. He apologized but it was not the first time he did that. He apologized to me before too. but I know he does not mean it.
My husband knows I don't want to hear those kind of words whatsoever but he does not care. He is quick to get angry and talk abusively.
And you tell me I hate him because I separate myself from this kind of environment?
Ken, you should not judge others like the way you do. Trinitarians are exactly the same as my husband as a whole. They don't care about being a godly witness to the world. Jesus says His followers are salt and light of the world.
What kind of example is it if we misrepresent Jesus the way trinitarians doing, killing their enemy even though He says to love your enemy.
Do you even realize that the world sees Christians as a war mongers and Jesus is teaching them to kill their enemy?
I don't agree with any organization, even JWs.
It seems all organizations are corrupt imo.
Jesus says to come out of Babylon, meaning come out of corrupt organization. that's how I understand.
I take my faith seriously. that's why I am in the forums because most churches are misrepresenting Jesus miserably to the world. And I am spreading Jesus' teachings which most churches are neglecting to do. Jesus' followers have responsibility to spread Jesus' teachings to the world.
At least JWs are not responsible for misrepresenting Jesus to the world.
You don't seem to care about that.
Regarding Christopher, I told you he did not email back to me when I asked him if he is reading the Bible. And he told you he did. I am telling you he did not.
Because you said he e-mailed me., I e-mailed again asking him how he is doing, he did not respond again.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt but he was not responsive, so I gave up.
If you take his word over mine, fine. I did not do anything wrong.
You know, I am not rich person, my husband gives me allowance for my expense. I save up for godly cause and I spent a lot for Christopher.
And you have been treating me horribly claiming I am a hateful person.
I am just flabbergasted to say the least, Ken.
I thought we were friends.
