When you claim "your works cannot save you", you are the opposite of what Jesus says
1) "if you love Me, keep My commandments" or
2)"You will be judged according to what you have done". or3) "be faithful until the end" and many more.
Revelation 20:13
The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done.
