this is one of pro-military justification to go against Jesus' clear message.
Jesus' message is clear that you don't act evil just because one is evil.
It is clearly the standard of world. Jesus' followers are not of this world. His followers should not behave like the rest of the world.
Jesus' followers are supposed to work for spiritual cause, not for the world.
