Along with Ion's citation,

Out of curiousity, why is this currently on your mind?

Hi Hitomi,
The first passage that comes to mind is at Isa.chapter 1, it deals with the unfaithfullness of Judah as a nation & verse 15 says, "When you spread out your hands, I will hide my eyes from you; Even though you make many prayers, I will not hear, Your hands are full of blood."
