God and Jesus are love. Their commandments are summarized "love God and love your neighbor as yourself."
Are we loving just because what we say is not offensive to anyone? Most of Jesus' commandments are offensive to the world. That's one of the main reasons why the world does not accept Him.
It is not biblical to say that if what you say is offensive, you are not speaking in love, because what Jesus teaches is offensive.
