I have to say that your preaching is very dangerous and I don't agree with you at all. The Bible is God breathed and if you don't believe that we have nothing to communicate on.
Of course I believe in the Holy Spirit and He will give us confidence and power to encourage us to keep going for God's purpose.
God gave us His Word, the Bible, to understand YHWH and Jesus. You don't seem to believe that.
Without reading the Bible we are making up our own god.
Of course we should pray constantly, but reading the Bible is equally important part of our walk with Jesus. Without reading the Bible, we have nothing to stand on, sorry.
Hitomi, isn't it obvious that I myself read the bible? Is it not obvious that I "teach" by quoting the bible? As a matter of fact, I do read the bible every day. Nowhere did I ever say that we should not read the bible, or that the bible was not important. What I did say was that you CANNOT GET LIFE FROM THE BIBLE, but ONLY FROM JESUS CHRIST. I also stated that JESUS CHRIST IS THE WORD (LOGOS) OF GOD... NOT THE BIBLE. Rather, I was not the one that said it, but Jesus Christ himself said it. The bible itself also bears witness that it is Jesus Christ himself who is the "LOGOS" or "WORD" of God. So if you convict me for hating the bible, or even disrespecting the bible, which I dearly love, then please bear witness to the lie that I told respecting the bible. Yet, bear witness from the scriptures... for I also accept the scriptures as "God Breathed"... inspired by God in every way... for both teaching, reproving, and setting things straight. It is also beneficial for convicting someone of a sin. You say I am dangerous and that I have sinned... then please bear witness with a scripture, which I do accept as "God Breathed". Then afterwards, hear my defence.
Should I not be afforded what the scriptures mention in Matthew 18:15-18? Please look it up.

Actually, what you have quoted me saying is about as clear and direct as it can be said. There is no play on words.

My family and I are Christians and we gave our lives to Jesus when we became His followers. We accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we are living for Him, that's why we read the Bible and strive to obey everything that Jesus' teaches. Without the Bible we cannot accomplish that. I don't understand why you are harping on the same thing over and over. You are treating me as if I am doing something wrong. You are insulting me.

Now , we see that apostle John is obviously referring to Jesus in his gospel cpt 1 , verses 1 and 14 .
And the same apostle John is quoting Jesus when He was praying to His Father saying

Here Jesus is referring to the word of God as knowledge from God, both that written in the Old testament , and that one/the knowledge that He himself have brought from Father to us (on earth), and written on New testament.
Do we see ? the WORD is used in two ways by the same apostle .
NOW Joyfull , while you(and all of us) are into a relationship with the Father through the Word of God, namely Jesus Christ , you(and all of us) also need the knowledge of the written word of God ,which is "truth", and by obeying it we may be sanctified , as Jesus said.
Indeed , we must obey everything He teached us
