Nope.
I have been His follower for about 20 years, and when I was a baby Christian, I searched around all kinds of churches in my neighborhood.
I joined several churches and worshipped and studied with them.
I enjoyed worshipping and singing, especially John Hagee's megachurch.
They have super good praise and worship ministry.
But the more I read Jesus' words, I noticed so many strange feelings about all of them.
they don't have powerful witnessing as far as following Jesus' teachings.
To make a long story short, they don't seem to believe in producing a godly fruit.
I thought only my husband and his family had this trait.
they are Lutherans and church-going people. Never miss attending church.
we had a miserable marriage, and that's the main reason why I became a believer.
I was hoping God would change my life and rescue me from a miserable marriage.
it became even worse since my husband did not want me to find out the true Christianity.
He married me because he wanted to continue his double-standard life and did not want to follow Jesus' teachings.
I figured this out because I have read the Bible and what Jesus teaches.
Jesus wants all His followers to come out of their worldly way of living and change to His ways.
My husband know this but he has been deceiving the world and pretending to be a godly Christian by attending the church faithfully. Thats their family tradition, and claim a god-fearing family.
I became even more disgusted since I have learned what Jesus teaches.
All triune god-believing people believe what you do not make you faithful, as long as you believe in the trinity, you are saved. It is Calvin's teaching they follow.
it is getting too long a message.
This is the start of my Christian journey.
BTW, I dont live with my husband.
I will continue what went with other non-trin Christians both JW and Christaldelphian.
One more thing about my husband's shameful double standard, he had porn hobby and tried to have a hard-core sex life with me. He could not do this with other Christian girls.
He told me his mother introduced him to Playboy magazine when he became 18. can you believe it?
